As the Production Manager Cleanrooms NPI at Frencken Mechatronics Europe, you'll be ensuring excellent manufacturing results in our cleanroom facilities. You'll oversee quality, cost assessment, productivity, and more, all while providing inspirational leadership to a team of six direct reports and influencinga network of around 100 indirect reports.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of 6 Team Leaders/Assistant Managers, while indirectly guiding a workforce of around 100 finest mechanics with various skills.

• Drive customer performance and efficiency through effective team management and support.

• Develop and monitor budgets for cleanroom production and cleaning operations.

• Uphold high standards of safety, quality, on-time delivery, and efficiency.

• Optimize personnel management, including recruitment, training, and skill development.

• Collaborate with NPI managers to ensure smooth project implementation and capacity planning.

• Champion Lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.

• Strive for a balance between short-term results and long-term optimization.

• Integrate new technical and technological advancements into production processes.

If you're a decisive, tenacious leader with 5-10 years of managerial experience, a background in Lean manufacturing, and you believe that clear communication is key, we would like to hear from you! Experience in cleanroom production is a plus, as is certification as a Black Belt or Green Belt.
