Your priorities within the role:

• Develop and implement policies within our team/organization (including sustainable maintenance plans).

• Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Lead and coordinate our facility team.

• Prioritize requests, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

• Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities and preparing projects for the leadership team.

• Collaborate with various departments to manage facility-related matters.
