Team Leader Planning Support

Currently, we are looking for Team Leader Planning Support in Eindhoven.

Impact of the role:

As the Team Lead Planning Support at Frencken Mechatronics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient planning and support within our Logistics department. You will collaborate closely with the Planning Manager to align departmental objectives with broader company goals. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of (Senior) Planning Support staff, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support (Senior) Planning Support staff within the logistics planning team.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.

• Translate the overarching planning vision into actionable goals for the department.

• Develop and update procedures to streamline operations within the logistics planning department.

• Establish and maintain a robust KPI structure to monitor and improve performance.

• Coordinate the analysis and reporting of delivery performance to clients.

• Drive the development and promotion of logistical concepts to enhance planning support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Technical Business Administration.

• 3-5 years of experience in mechatronics or high-tech environments.

• Proven experience in a leadership role.

• Strong decision-making skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.

• Advanced MS Office Excel skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
