As Frencken Mechatronics Europe we have grown enormously in a short period of time and within our organization there is a need to professionalize our communication policies, strategies, and execution. We are looking for a communication manager, who can develop & implement communication plans and activities for Frencken Mechatronics Europe for an organization that is working in the heart of the high-tech industry and that keeps on growing.

About the role

The Communications Manager will lead internal communications projects for all stakeholders to achieve positive image and employer brand, employee value proposition and create strong relationships and ensure effective engagement with the diverse target audiences including: management, employees, the external talent market, the media and more.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end internal communications strategies, plans and campaigns

• Ensure brand is well represented across all internal channels

• Collaborate with the global Communication Manager in Singapore to build and strengthen the Employer Value Proposition

• Develop effective internal communication procedures and policies

• Collaborate to develop innovative content and tools for the intranet that will help inform, engage and excite employees

• Determine strategic internal communications campaigns that help further organizational goals

• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that foster employee engagement and develop materials to educate colleagues on communication practices

• Develop and support employees as brand ambassadors

• Build partnerships with key internal stakeholders

• Oversee internal events and platforms such as townhalls, leadership events etc.

• Oversee all day-to-day internal communication such as company-wide emails from leadership, announcements, news and longer-term projects

What are we looking for?

• A self-starter with a hands-on and can do mentality

• Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism or related studies

• More than 8 years' work experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or Marketing

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Creativity in visual communication

• Professional Writing skills

• Affinity with technology / software
