Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems for the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market and for a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical components, machine assemblies and vacuum systems are assembled in a cleanroom as well as a non-cleanroom environment. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also realizes high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.

What does the position of Teamlead Planning entail?

In the role of Teamlead Planning, you are responsible for the planning department, which consists of (Sr) planners. You provide input for determining the vision of the entire logistics department and implement the department strategy.

Your tasks also include:

• Coaching and supporting your team in an inspiring way;

• Organizing work meetings and conducting appraisal interviews with team members;

• Responsible for updating the working methods and procedures within the regular planning department of Logistics;

• Supervising the correct execution of the production plans made;

• Responsible for reporting the logistical performance of customers and initiating improvement actions if necessary;

• Managing and reporting department KPIs.

Are you our Team Lead Planning?

You are a real people manager and know better than anyone how to create support within your team. You have tactical insight and feel like a fish in water in a dynamic and complex environment.

Furthermore, you have or are:

• A completed HBO or WO education in Logistics or Technical Business Administration;

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the mechatronic or high-tech sector;

• Organizational and coordinating capacities combined with extensive experience in logistics;

• Insight into the impact of supply chain choices on the business;

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and you are excellent with Excel
