Impact of the role:

In this role, you’ll be shaping the quality vision for our organization and leading a team of 25 skilled engineers across two locations. Your focus will be on Customer, Internal, and Supplier Quality, ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization’s quality culture, processes, and performance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Set the vision & strategy for the Quality department – define team structure, staffing needs, key performance metrics, and competency development.

• Coach and mentor our talented QA, QC, and IQ Engineers, along with the NPI Manager Quality, to bring out their best.

• Lead quality transformation initiatives that support our journey towards Operational Excellence.

• Develop and implement quality roadmaps and improvement projects, working closely with internal teams and suppliers.

• Be the face of quality for our customers at the management level, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

• Integrate quality into the Product Creation Process (PCP), improving risk management and product reliability.

• Identify and drive business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Take charge of complex quality escalations, both internally and externally, resolving issues with a proactive approach.

What we are looking for:

We need someone who’s not just experienced in quality management but also passionate about teamwork, innovation, and making a real impact. Here’s what will make you a great fit:

• Education & Expertise: Master’s degree (preferred) in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Creative approach on “How?” question, implementing brand new methodology to bring quality issues number down

• Proven leadership skills in a high-tech, low-volume manufacturing setting

• Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and methodologies.

• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma expertise (Green or Black Belt preferred).

• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001).

• Strong communication & influencing skills to engage and motivate teams and stakeholders.

• Results-driven mindset – you thrive on achieving goals and making a tangible impact.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.

• Strong ability to communicate with customers

Our recruitment process for this role:

• Please apply for the vacancy before 23rd of February 2025.

• After closing the application process, on 25th of February we will let you know whether you are invited for a screening call with recruitment or not. The screening calls will be performed until 7th of March.

• By 14th of March, you will receive information whether you are on the short list to be invited for interviews.

• The first round of interviews will be held between 17th and 21st of March. Feedback will follow next week.

• The second round of interviews and trial days will be organized between 25th of March and 4th of April

• You will receive feedback on 8th of April.

• If you are selected, our goal is to successfully close the process by 18th of April.
