What does the role of CNC Turner involve?

As a CNC Turner with us, you'll have the chance to bring your skills to the forefront, especially if precision and craftsmanship are your strengths. If interpreting complex drawings and specifications comes naturally, this role is for you. You’ll handle both programming (partly through external preparation and partly on-site at the machine) and machine setup independently.

Beyond your technical skills, we value your ideas—you're encouraged to contribute to continuous improvements in our production process. After all, even great processes can be refined.

Are you our CNC Turner?

You're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with a rotating shift schedule (6:00 - 13:00 and 13:00 - 20:00).

If this sounds like you, we’d be excited to meet you!

You have:

• Completed an MBO level 4 in machining or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Turner in precision machining (small series and tolerances)
• Skilled in 3-axis and 4-axis turning.
• Strong knowledge of machining conditions.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain, Hermle, Siemens, or Fanuc controls.
• A good command of English is required, and proficiency in Dutch or German would be an advantage
