For our HR department we are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to professionalize and structure our recruitment approach.

The role will contain following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business managers to understand their needs and challenges

• Source and manage direct candidates for our roles in Eindhoven and Reuver

• Be responsible for the whole recruitment process in dedicated departments

• Collaborate with HR business partners and HR officers

• Provide market input to our recruitment actions

• Take part in change management and processes improvement

• Manage our suppliers base and establish good cooperation

• Develop our Employer Branding and Labor Market Communication

This is THE role if you:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or relevant experience in recruitment as recruiter, talent sourcer, intercedent, recruitment coordinator etc.

• Want to work in an in-house recruitment in a broader HR team

• Are curious, proactive, and have good communication skills

• Understand the importance of thorough administration

• Live in Eindhoven area/ North Brabant within a reasonable distance

• You understand and speak communicative/ fluent Dutch
