Frencken Mechatronics is engaged in the development and assembly of industrial systems for the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market and for a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical components, machine assemblies and vacuum systems are assembled in cleanrooms as well as non-cleanroom environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.

What does the position of (Sr) Internal Account Manager entail?

• Ensuring that you know what the needs and developments in the product portfolios are and using this information to feed the monthly sales forecast process.

• Drawing up quotations whereby you ensure that the quotation request from the customer is clearly formulated and communicated within the organization.

• Maintaining contacts in the customer's organization and ensuring that you keep in touch with the developments in the customer's organization.

• Monitoring the overall performance on Quality, Logistics and Cost (QLTC) and initiating actions based on the customer's scorecard;

• Streamlining communication to the customer, especially in the event of escalations;

• Actively participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and change committees;

• Act as an internal representative of your customer(s) and initiate internal customer consultations;

• Manage small customers yourself and work closely with the key account manager for a specific large customer group.

Are you our (Sr) Internal Account Manager?

You are a driven, energetic personality who likes to work towards a result. In addition, you are an expert in coordinating and organizing and you also have or are:

• A higher professional education in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration or other related study;

• Multiple years of experience in a similar position in the mechatronics or metal industry;

• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities;

• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language. German language is a plus;

• Pragmatic and able to quickly understand the technical essence;

• Insight into logistical processes is a plus;

• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP and CRM system.
